HiPark T31 parking check-out finished unit
Brief description
The HiPark T31 is a basic HiPark parking management
system module for automating business routines for both short- and
long-term parking clients.
The HiPark T31 performs the
following tasks:
- checking the token's electronic mark to verify exit payment
- parking access control for personal electronic cards
Personal electronic cards are issued by parking administration for long-term clients after an agreement is signed. The agreement stipulates the conditions of use and payment for personal cards.
The standard system routine for short-term clients is as follows:
- The client must pay the parking fee before driving to the exit
point. At the settlement time, a special electronic mark is
written into the token's memory.
- After paying the parking fee, the client drives to the check-out unit. When HiParkT31 detects a car in front of it, it opens the token slot and switches the backlight on.
- The token must be placed into the token slot. The check-out unit verifies the payment mark and the exit time tolerance. If all is in order, the token goes into a hopper, an audio signal is played, and the exit barrier is open.
- The token is
returned to the client in case of validity faults. Additionally, a voice
message will specify what is wrong and what must be done.
The standard system routine for long-term clients is as follows:
- At the parking area entrance, the client drives to the check-in unit and places her/his personal card in front of a front-panel reader.
- The HiPark T30 unit checks the validity of the card, writes a special entry mark into the card's memory, and opens the entry barrier. The parking ID, expiry date and time and APB (anti-pass-back) mark are verified.
